I would be in favor of some development that benefits all of us not just the owners of boats and RVs.

We don't need these types of businesses intermingled with the houses. The neighborhood doesn't want it. Please don't approve this.

Please keep in mind, decreased home values in Aberdeen mean decreased tax assessments, which translates to decreased funds in the County's coffers. Is it really worth it? The fact that this is zoned for commercial use does NOT make sense and is inappropriate given the proximity to residents and the school being built.

A storage facility does not benefit the community!

Please listen to the neighbors on this one. We value our neighborhood and don't want to see it become something unpleasant. In similar facilities there have been thefts and crime. We don't need that here.

This business, if allowed at the proposed location would be an eyesore and counter to keeping home values stable. Take outside Aberdeen.

I grew up in StoneHaven and keeping this area protected should be a high priority, with the consideration of residents and future students. The construction of an RV and boat storage facility is far from fitting the atmosphere and standards of a residential community.

I am not in favor of the storage facility located in Aberdeen. It will be an eyesore and will hurt home values.

This location makes no sense. Why would one even consider bringing additional large (RV-sized) traffic into a family neighborhood right next to a large K-8 school and sports field? Please deny this request and redirect to a less residential, more business oriented location.

Definitely does not belong in a family neighborhood.

This proposal does not improve the area and only devalues the homes in the community.
