Going to be the busiest corner on Longleaf Pine with the K through 8 school opening. Worst location possible for a parking facility. Safety hazard for children walking to and from school.

We do not want this eyesore RV boat storage right next to the entrance area which leads into our beautiful community. The new school will be there. I cannot believe this piece of land zoned as commercial. We can have a daycare, shopping strips (with pizza place, creative studio, nail salon, etc) Anything is BETTER than this absurd idea!

I regret that I am out of town when this mtg will be held. This particular project is incompatible with a residential neighborhood. I strongly object to its approval.

I am very concerned about this being placed so close to the new K-8 school. I'm also concerned about it's impact on traffic.

DENY! This is a terrible idea, not only will it look awful the school is going to bring enough traffic on this street. There is RV storage on St Johns Parkway that already looks tacky and out of place.

I am opposed to putting a storage unit in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Consideration needs to be made of the traffic, crime and safety impact of this type facility. The potential benefit to very few Aberdeen residents is far outweighed by the negative impact to the majority.

Strongly opposed. Lowering property values, while increasing traffic flow and problems that come along with it, ie increased crime and an eye sore.
