I work in a supported living house on Londonderry it has been a nightmare with clients getting to & from appointment s & generally day to day life they already hate car time so when stuck in traffic which this closure is causing it causes unnecessary stress & upset

Why is it taking so long. When you think of all the fuel used to get around these works.
The time, money and extra pollution.

This is ridiculous. It has caused me so much stress on my journeys and getting into the link road is a joke!. If you want to get to Asda you run the route of Morten Park, where the road is full of pot holes and cars being damaged because it's not equipped for that amount of traffic. If you want to go to Wwh or Barnstaple you have to go through town and the traffic lights. This is just a shambles!!! 20 weeks!!

I might as well work in Barnstaple instead of Abbotsham, it's costing me a fortune in extra fuel, really is not good for the environment, but it dies give me a nice warm feeling to think that all the extra fuel money I am spending and extra hours travelling to and from work will go into the pockets of property developers

Another example of disorganised development work. No urgency to get the job done. Same mind set as North Devon link road contractors.

It's beyond ridiculous that the disruption should last for so long. There was clearly a lack of coordinated planning between builders and utility companies, to the detriment and inconvenience of all local residents. Totally avoidable.

To long to be closed being the main route to town from out lying areas Diversion not suitable for amount of traffic that use the road. Children are being put at risk being expected to walk over 2 mile to school along unlit lanes because school busses unable to access the alternative routes

We loved on Londonderry estate. To have such an important road closed for such a long time it's appalling!
