The Home Office overturn the plans to charge visitors from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka, Nigeria, Ghana £3000 cash bond to enter the UK. Established people from these countries contribute greatly to the diversity, economic, cultural and scientific success of the country, what does this say about the UK? Open for business as long as you pay £3000 first? Nigeria was the fourth-biggest contributor to overseas tax-free shopping in the U.K. last year. Realistically this policy means if you have dark skin, if you are African or Asian you cannot come into the UK to visit unless you pay £3000. First the racist vans and then this! This policy should be abandoned and definitely not piloted in November 2013.
