High franchise fees, it says 7% but ultimately Bill's are like 12 to 14%. Plus too much operating expanses. They have to think about our profit not always about share holders and customers.

Property Code NE135. I support this petition Choice needs to get their act straight and stop getting so greedy. Invoices are so ridiculous and complicated

Also new mandates for mid scale hotels such as EconoLodge are outrageous from credit card processing vendors to LVT and etc

Get behind you membership’s concerns. You are only as strong as your weakest link - single hotel franchisee. If you own a Marriott or Hilton owner, you don’t need AAHOA

The brands have created an atmosphere where customers bully the hotel and the customers are rewarded by the brands . Most time the ones that bully the hotel owners are low paying guest

Hope AAHOA really takes care choice hotel international. AAHOA Plz do not sell cheap for your board of director personal interest. Plz fight for us do not sell us for your personal interest. Hope we have really fight with them. “ It’s true base on past experience “ Good Luck.

Signing this, but realize that every single AAHOA exec is too scared to make any decisions or stand up. Sad truth is that these are not fighters and we need AAHOA senior leadership that will stand up for us. AAHOA is so powerful that every franchise would be on their needs if they messed with us. Nothing will happen until we elect the next AAHOA chairman/woman to push back with force. This current group won't do anything.

Choice Franchise invoices used to be one page. Now with dozens of charges and penalties it is two , three or sometime four pages long.

Some how AAHOA leaders have forgotten the entire purpose and true mission of the organization. It is about time they standup for the members issue. The LTR deal Choice gave recently is a rotten deal. Just can write bad LTR for any reason such as NoShow charge , Non smoking violations charge or just did not got the cheap rate on busy weekend etc,etc. and we get penalized for that. Where does the money goes. Not to the guest but to fat pocket of CHOICE.
Another is penalty for not recognizing Elite Guest. Guest stay at many hotels during travel may not remember which hotel he was recognized or not. First call resolution is another rip off.
