I hate choice hotels they suck everything out of my franchise bill non sense fees

I have never been so proud of AAHOA, for finally taking a stand against this brand. Now is the time to hit every brand in the face with fair practices!! ALL brands push and push and push owners to make customers 100% satisfied and if they are not give them the customer a full refund. Well why dont the brands do what they preach? We are the brands customers and if we are not happy are they refunding us? Why don't they make their owners happy, satisfied customers? We allow these office executives to tell us how to run our hotels, they all get kick backs in items they force us to pay more money for items like towels, sheets, pillows, soap, shampoo, etc...we allow them to bend us over, spank us, and than we have to turn around and than kiss their butt to get approved for another location!! We dont need them, they would die without us! Every single one of them would close down, even Marriott, Hilton, and IHG would be nothing without the hard work, dedication, huge financial risks we all take to grow their brands and we do it all while we are not happy or satisfied with them. Make it fair, help us all be fully successful, stop penny pinching owners so brands can pad their own pockets on kick backs! Keep fighting AAHOA, this will make us stronger, louder, and earn the respect we should of had 40 years ago!

The problem as I understand is that the AAHOA board does not have the authority under the constitution to go against any franchise & and fight a class action type of work against the franchise. Therefore they don’t have the teeth to bite. This was told to me by the Acting CEO of AAHOA about six months ago in the NJ meeting. So as members give that power to the Board to do the fighting & then push them to fight. In these days of electronic voting, members can vote electronically & I would assume a simple majority would be sufficient to give the Board the power to fight & then demand action. Thank you..

AAHOA leadership is busy with their own personal agenda and no interest of member at heart . They are beating on an issue like Human Trafficking when our families are struggling to maintain their properties in ruthless growth strategy of brands . Only big boys grow ( as they are well taken care by brands ) time to revolt against our own internal enemies first .

Choice Hotels is making a massive profit at the detriment of small business owners who hustle to make a living. Not a fair relationship and anti-trust like laws should be passed to protect the owners who actually sink their livelihoods into this business but get nothing in return.

Choice hotels and all franchise are slave drivers.

AAHOA should be focused on primarily advocating for Asian American Hotel Owners (as the organization name states). This requires AAHOA to follow its members goals, and not try to stifle attempts by its own members to advance the goals of Asian American Hotel Owners. Unfortunately, AAHOA has fallen short, including in this unapproved, unwanted, and unhelpful manner.

AAHOA need to show power

This is so true, that AAHOA leaders,Past and present have done very poorly for their members. Contracts , vendors, penalties are one sided. Members taking all the risks and Getting raped in broad daylight. All the Franchisor have figured out how to screw all the members.

An association fights for it member. Not the other way around. No matter what the cost and if that's not so why have an association in the first place?

Choice hotels charging us all hidden fees, and implementing new fees with new name . It’s getting worse if we don’t raise our voice , if united we can show our strength and make them remove all non sense fees.

Pls support and take action to help Aahoa members /hotel owners.
