AAHOA should serve membership interests and take a unified voice to make us profitable again. Make hotel ownership great again!

Guys nothing is going to happen. Even if we get 1k signatures and it goes to AAHOA board, they will look into and just give some generic response like "We are investigating this issue. Thank you and remember to take your human trafficking classes." These are politicians not hoteliers and they will act as such.

It’s that time most of us are been waiting for choice and Wyndham and all franchises been unfair to franchisor. We should all fight harder for good future for both side of the world’s not only one side like all this franchise’s is doing.

Enough is enough, time for change is here. We must all work together to get our business back in our hands. Great to see this movement.

We must take strong and collective actions to retaliate on unfair one sided agreement, in last 10 years Franchisors have pushed so much burden in every part of Hitel Operation to make sure we are s quizzed to bare bone ........, (Procey Vendir programs costing us more for very prod t and services , crazy unfair OTA agreements making us pay very high commissions and enemy in that they get kickbacks ) , we are the highest risk taker as small business owners in any franchise business with least operating margins ,in ever increasing cost in 24x7 business , its our duty as owners and as Members of AAHOA to bring our painful issues to AAHOA leadership and hired officers to Give this a topmost priorty and preserve Our values and use Moneyary resources to create white paper and present to Franchise Executive teams .........

Franchise Non-Compliant Fees, Re-Inspection Fees, Guest Assistance Fees, etc. has now become an incremental/additional revenue source for the brands. How unfortunate for the property owner/operator.

These are all valid points. Ltr score is bs and passing or failing a hotel just on 1 metric is crazy. My last inspection I had over 90% on cleanliness, condition, and brand standard my hotel had 6.96 ltr I still failed!!!
