Needs to improve Payment method. Choice system charge additional authorization on guest credit/debit card. Even though property use chip card reader terminals.
Then guest complain on choice/ google & negative reviews online. It’s impact on our sales. Once choice get complain from guest they charge on property owners.

I have a better idea. Most 70% of choice hotel are owned by our Indian community member. Why don’t we just create a new franchasie and instantly we will have almost all the choice hotel properties converted to the new franchise we can create. This way it will kick choice where it hurts them and there presence in the USA will be instantly hurt then they will realize it.

Failing inspections on the bases of guest reviews. Extorting money for re-inspections and 1000 each incidence are the main choice franchise main charges you the hardworking owners.

Totally agree. Choice always brush issues under the carpet. Every year they come up with these new rules and regulations, penalties to generate more revenue for themselves and shaft the operator who works hard to generate revenue and invest more because Choice makes them to or they will penalize them. Lately Choice acts like a BIG Brother!!

If AAHOA has power than bring all franchise
(Wyndham choice IHG Hilton BW Marriott)
Togather and negotiate with Expedia Booking Hotels.com etc and bring Their commissions to 10%
That is real Victory and power of AAHOA
CURRENTLY ALL FRNACHISES ARE HELPLESS AGAINST TRAVEL AGENTS
