This needs far better and more efficient planning.

Stupid isn't the word, roadworks on the A55, with the usual backlog of traffic fruitlessly trying to skip past it by clogging up Llandudno Junction, Conway, the Sychnant Pass, Dwygyfylchi and probably Penmaenmawr and Llanfairfechan. More roadworks on the A470 from Eglwysbach to beyond Tal-y-Cafn. I work as a local delivery driver with a pretty tight schedule to maintain, can you imagine my frustration?

This needs to be reassessed. People NEED this artery to North Wales on a daily basis.

The traffic is ridiculous! I unfortunately have to travel on the road to uni every day, what should be a 25 minute journey is taking me on average an hour, meaning I have to leave hours before my lecture, this has made me late multiple times and makes me not want to turn up!

How are the emergency services going to cope with all the bottleneck traffic?

As a local and an AA patrol the a55 is a common road for breakdowns, with the increasing delays the poor people waiting for me are causing more delays due to the additional obstruction

Typical UK. No forward planning consideration for the taxpayers who use and pay for these roads.

I have to travel to and from Bangor every day to work and to ensure I am not late for work or to pick my small son up have had to negotiate the Sychnant Pass. Somebody is going to be seriously hurt as it is currently like a race track! So far only sheep have been injured or killed but it won't be long before there is a serious accident. Please do something now before it's too late.

The length of the speed regulations and closed lanes are quite ridiculous. 40 mph then 50 mph then 30 mph over a 4 mile distance, well before any roadwork's actually happening. Mad

Why can we not have two way traffic on the "tunnel bends" as it was before the tunnel even if it was restricted to 20 mph better than standing still for 15 mins , also why was there a traffic management vehicle stopping vehicles using the outside lane before conwy tunnel this doubles the length of the queue if both lanes aren't used which then impacts on people and businesses further away from the roadworks , I think users of the a55 would just like to be able to use it with out disruption it seems that there is always some works going on between Holyhead and Queensferry !
