These roadworks have huge implications on my children in after school club. 2 hrs in traffic last Friday and after school club phoned social services!!! This had a huge impact on me personally and affected me going to work as I can't leave my children to go to work as I may be hours late

Disgraceful. The people organising these works clearly do not care about the effect on the motorists.

A55is a cone hotspot and a total embarrassment to all of North Wales. Can't go a week without cones/works somewhere Holyhead to Queensferry.

There is no reason that this maintenance needs to impact rush hour traffic. Plan the project with an adequate workforce to get the job done quickly and with as little disruption to commuters as possible.

It's got to the stage where I'd rather stay in work late then sit in the traffic

Passing through on Sunday it took ,30 minitues to travel from Conway to dwygyfylchi and not a single worker did I see through the whole roadworks so why the lane restrections.

The A55 is the responsibility of Welsh Government (in partnership with all the North Wales local authorities). We understand that maintenance is a regular requirement to all our road networks, but the planning is very poor. There should be more information available to drivers on route; remove cones during holidays; carry out more maintenance during night time (similar to M6/M25). Isn't it about time the A55 was reclassified a motorway? Come on, give all commuters, businesses and holiday makers a break.

As a person who works in Llandudno the travel from Anglesey every day is stressful, why must the lanes be down to one when nobody Is there working.

Bit of common sense would have been appreciated with these road works. Haven't seen anyone working on the road, why not take off the lane restrictions during peak times?? Would save everyone a lot of hassle :-/ sort it out Conwy council, spend your budget on something else that needs doing or use your brains when organising road works like these. You're losing a lot of respect

It would help if the restrictions take place closer to the tunnel. If you allow the Llandudno and Conwy traffic to be removed from the queue it would only be people travelling further west needing to be there.

visited family the weekend in Anglesey and traveled from Chester. Went Sychnant pass there and A5 back. Not ideal. Please refrain from peak time work. It was also start of half term so traffic was bad enough without any works being carried out. Please do the work off peak

When are the authorities going to leave the A55 alone? It works well the way it is.

The works on this section of a55 are relentless and EXTREMELY dangerous. Please PLEASE come up with a quicker, safer solution!

Roadworks are causing chaos right through from penmaenmawr as Llandudno Junction, making me late for all of my driving lessons, and causing me to lose a lot of business
