Stop the Arundel Bypass - Save Arundel's Countryside

Please go with the red route

As a former resident I am appalled at the prospect of this delightful patch of ancient countryside should be even considered for a bypass.

To blight Binsted would be absolute madness.

Supported by CPRE sussex

There is no reason to spoil a beautiful place when other options are available.

Our countryside is here for our children and their children not to be lost to cars and concrete.... slowing traffic down to ease congestion would make more sense!!

Let local logic prevail

A bypass through Binsted or its countryside will cause much more damage than the route proposed by the Arundel A27 Forum

Leave this beautiful place alone.

The tail backs are a nightmare but no village should be ruined

I would like the road to be done because it is a very busy

Short bypass and improvement of existing A27 would be effective and cost effective

It is utter madness to divert this heavily trafficed route so far south when there are shorter, less costly and damaging options available.

To put the road between the communities of Walberton/Fontwell and Binsted would destroy the close relationships our villages have

Nearly a mile tail back on Friday.

An important decision like a bypass should not include in its Agenda destroying ancient woodlands and historic green belts that are part of an existing community think again

There has to be a better route for A27 than through what is left of our precious countryside.

Such a shame, we went to the Binsted Strawberry Fair and thoroughly enjoyed it, horrible if this bypass was to take place.
