Stop the Arundel Bypass - Save Arundel's Countryside

I object to a bypass. The wildlife has a right to be there.

Binsted is a unique area, and a "green lung" in this part of Sussex. To destroy it with this road would be a desecration, not just for residents, but for people like me who frequently visit.

We need to protect the people and woodland of Torrington and Binstead

As a local resident this is an issue that I feel strongly about

Take the rigt route not destroying Binsted

Concrete it all over in the name of progress? The. drive for continual economic growth is a dead end. Remember Christmas Island.

Binsted is home to a huge array of protected species. It's history is ancient and it needs to be protected.

Please preserve the beauty that is Torrington common and it's endangered species habitats for flora and forna there are better options than destroying prime woodland habitat

Myself, my brother and father used to love walking around the village, and to the Black Horse for lunch. Don't destroy this for a few noisy minutes in a car...

We prefer direct route with bridge over roundabout and no connections to Ford road and Arundel. Connections for Ford, Bury Hill and Arundel can be at the existing Crossbish roundabout.

Fully support protecting the countryside and finding sustainable long term solutions.

I say no to spoiling the village of Binstead

Please act on this potential catastrophe. Once lost this special piece of ancient woodland will be gone forever.

If a bypass is needed, a bypass is needed, but please find a more sympathetic route. It's possible.

We have lived in this area for 10 year and it was such a beautiful rural area. We don't dispute on development but enough is enough. Our Villages can't Handel it, you are distorting Rural England.

Avoid villages and woodland. Quality of life more important.

Our natural world environment, which has evolved organically over millennia, is 'strong and stable'. We need to both respect and protect it. Dramatic attacks on it will have some foreseeable consequences, but many more unforeseeable ones, as it is far too complex an equilibrium for us to easily and quickly come to grips with. Once we have upset its balances they may prove almost impossible to restore.

Please, please do not carve through this beautiful land.

We continue to destroy the country side a intern our wildlife, for our own gains. If we built more on brown sites and stopped building on fields because its cheap , easy and more profitable. We could consentrate on a closer work to home ratio and stop 70% of people travelling over 70miles round trip for work. This I might add goes up every year
