More important than deciding where to destroy is recognising and safeguarding the important area's where there is a wealth of biodiversity and protecting them. This is one such area that should not be destroyed but protected at all costs. I am a regular visitor.

At a time where construction and technology is on the rise and peoples lives are busy and stressful, leading to less and less human interaction, its really important to preserve traditional activities, especially in small towns and villages which enable a sense of community and supports small and local businesses.

There's enough noise and air pollution already in West Sussex... Surely there must be another option that thinks outside the square and doesn't regard the natural ecosystems and historic importance of the smaller villages of less consequence... leave the smaller villages alone and perhaps provide a coastal option that provides sea views and allows vehicle pollution to be removed by coastal winds.

We go to Binstead strawberry fair and it's a lovely place. Be a shame to raze it down.

I endorse the petition not to build the Arundel bypass through Binsted village.

The planning needs to be looked into much further. I'm sure there is a stretch of land, where the bypass would be less invasive.

This route needs to be abandoned as it will destroy much needed important wildlife habitat

If there's a better alternative route it has to be used

Looking at the options I don't understand why the Binsted option is even being considered. It seems most likely to be the most expensive as well as the most destructive.

Other options, less damaging to countryside and villages, should be brought to public consultation. The Arundel A27 Forum suggests a partly-online option with a short bypass and anti-severance measures. This should be included in the public consultation.

Build roads and cars will come. This will only push traffic into a bottleneck somewhere else. Look at more creative, greener solutions,

Not necessary and will permanently damage the countryside.
What about the green and pleasant land??

Any plan to destroy a village and the countryside should be avoided
