Please use common sense and avoid unnecessary destruction when making these decisions! There is no need to damage the woods. Leave the A27 where it is!

This is part of the destuction of our heritage ,why was it kept secret its part of land and expand once built it will sperad outwards

The bypass isn't needed. The traffic isn't that bad.
Are we really in a world where saving 15 minutes is not important than beautiful green spaces and woodland?

This needs to be built as soon as possible! I work at the Comfort Inn Arundel and the traffic is a nightmare! Not only for me but for guests coming to our hotel!

A major road through this area would destroy the small, but close communities. Too many wildlife habitats are being destroyed in the name of 'progress'.

As a first-time visitor to Binsted this summer, I was astonished by the peace and the beauty of the local landscape and the rich local history. Highways should drop the Binsted option now.

The option through Binsted or Tortington would ruin the ancient woodland and destroy the villages. A less damaging route would be north of A27 behind the hospital and pub, please consider it. I grew up in Walberton as did my father and consider as an ex resident that I have a duty to protect the countryside of Sussex as does the council and government

Leave this idyllic hamlet and its countryside and wildlife alone! This is not the right option through Binsted.

Please take into consideration the impact on the natural environment, specifically the rare species that would be disturbed and the overall impact on biodiversity.

It is my understanding that there is a rare fungus, Polyporus umbellatus, a red data list species, growing in woodland on the proposed bypass route. There are only 10 trees with this fungus in the whole of the UK.

Either route through Binsted would be sheer vandalism. This tranquil landscape must not be ruined by the noise pollution generated by a major road.

Keep this wonderful area. My grandchildren are having a fantastic day today at the Strawberry Fair -nothing else like it around to educate about countryside skills and provide such fun
