Ludicrous idea! To run through small villages.. especially with a primary school.. this route shouldn’t even be an option!

To spend hundreds of millions of pounds on a scheme that devastates precious natural habitats and induces more carbon emissions must not go ahead

Is this the time to be extending road networks when the countryside is trying to reduce car emissions, trying to save the little countryside we have left. Destroying an area of outstanding beauty! Please save our countryside for future generations!

In these times of being more environmental aware why on earth would you even consider destroying this nature full area. We are supposed to be encouraging people to use alternative travel methods and the money needed to build this could be invested in to greener travel methods.

I support the Arundel alternative for the upgrade of A27 at Arundel. The grey route is too damaging for the environment and too expensive.

Please don't destroy this precious habitat. We have so little left. We need nature in our lives, for our mental and physical well being, and this fragile environment needs our protection. Our children and their children will benefit too.

Utterly ridiculous proposal to do this to a small village.
For goodness sake use common sense!

So tired of the destruction of flora and fauna to prioritise the car. Destroy nature we destroy ourselves.

Think of the costs which is far too too much in terms of tax ponds and it will cost the earth in terms of biodiversity, habitat and scenic loss

Please do the right thing and re-think the Grey Route. Look at the alternative route instead, which has been designed to improve traffic flows and minimize carbon emissions as well as protect communities, wildlife and an essential part of England's natural resource, beauty and heritage.

Completely ridiculous waste of money, people losing jobs, homes, ruining wildlife children breathing in more pollution. All for the sake of saving 5 minutes.

This sounds like it’s going to be disastrous for the wildlife, the local area and a waste of money

Please don’t endanger our wildlife, specify the rare bats by destroying their habitat with this bypass which will only save 9minutes journey time.

Less roads more trees and public transport .Time to stop wasting money on a fossilised system that will make us all extinct and wake up to looking after the planet and the people instead of oil companies and cat producers.

There is no need to build yet another road destroying our ever decreasing wildlife and countryside. We need to discourage the reliance on cars and encourage alternative means of transport if we are to have a sustainable future.
