Please be informed of this that WHO notes that ‘Nursing professionals provide TREATMENT, support and care services for people who are in need of nursing care due to the effects of ageing, injury, illness or other physical or mental impairment, or potential risks to health, according to the practice and standards of modern nursing. They assume responsibility for the planning and management of the care of patients, including the supervision of other health care workers, working autonomously or in teams with medical doctors and others in the practical application of preventive and curative measures in clinical and community settings’.

You seems to be out of date with the outside world in all aspect but how?
1 ...international best practice have it that hospital management positions are not held by Doctors for Gods sake they are effective ly run by qualified administrative staff aint you awear?
Don't tell me you don't know Doctors should coopettively and dependently work with scores of clinical teams that will care for the patient and they shud take the lead in this but remember we owe our primary responsibility to the patient not medical doctors. ?.
2. Who deceivd you that "where in the world does a patient goes to see anyone else other than a doctor PRIMARILY in the event of an illness. "?
