The free Basotho Movement Social and Civil Rights Organisation hereby on Behalf of Basotho Nation calls for the following via this Petition:
A Referendum on the dissolution of the borders surrounding the Kingdom of Lesotho establishment of a federal state or Lesotho be a 10th Province in South Africa Country.
The above referendum is held before the scheduled 2022 Lesotho General Elections.
Please help us sign this petition that will be send to the office of Priminister Dr. Majoro and His Majesty Letsie III on/before 31st March 2022.
We as the Basotho citizens want to stop the use of Passport and become part of South Africa, so that we fully and rightfully become citizens of South Africa and stop suffering the indignity and inhuman treatment we receive in both countries due to existence of the passports.
We suffer economic exclusion and live in extreme poverty because of passports.
Basotho die on daily basis in Mohokare and nobody says anything about this especially our Lesotho Government.
It's our time to be heard as the Basotho Citizens both in Lesotho and South Africa.

The climb toward one hundred signatures is slow and the weight of our situation feels heavier every day. I am exhausted by the silence regarding our suffering but we must push this number higher to demand a response.

We have problems when we cross boarders and our politics promises us with empty promises.we never trust them at all ; no one have hopes from them; especially at the boarder gate and there is no job,most basotho are in SA because of lack of job. We would like to be 10th province

Lesotho depends on South Africa in almost everything. From Agriculture. We are also landlocked in this country which makes Lesotho nothing without it.
Lesotho and South Africa merge as many citizen of Lesotho depend in S.A. seeking job illegally cus other they don't have documents of being in S.A. and those who have them the date that are given in boarder expired its difficult to open bank account and shop account and it's our needs
Khotsang Basotho baheso Nna kele Secheka Khoboso ke tekena mona hore ho fediswe madiboho pakeng tsa Lesotho le Afrika Borwa, lebaka ke hore Naha ya rona ya Lesotho haena kgolo ya Moruo ka lebaka la hore Lesotho leka hara Naha ya Afrika Borwa.

I'm staying in Port Elizabeth but I'm from Lesotho I'm really tired of the Government of Lesotho because they don't care about other people they only care about themselves.We struggling to open bank accounts in SA,we can't get job here,when it comes to a border Gate is a mess bcz of our Government no we tired now
