There must be a way that we can have as many people in each church as the size of the building can accommodate, such as in Aldie, Home Depot and Walmart!. It is (past) time to proclaim Mass as essential to our community! Thank you for your courage for being bold and unafraid for Jesus Christ!

For AS OFTEN as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.
Bishop Burbidge , You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek. Please give us our Lord in the Eucharist.

The sacraments are essential. If Home Depot is open, and cashiers and other employees can interact with us, why can we not have Mass at all? We can follow guidelines and trust God a little more.

Why would you take orders from a pagan, racist, baby-killing Governor? A good constitutional lawyer could get you a TRO this afternoon. Don't be scared of the boogeyman.

Lets be not only prudent but wiley Catholics ... I am sure there is a way to maintain proper social distances and still gather to celebrate and worship consistent with our 2000-year tradition.

Your Excellency,
Governor Northam's executive order that no more than 10 people may attend a church service is discriminatory when compared with other policies he has put in place. Your flock stands behind you as you seek reinstatement of the Mass.

I have written emails to the Governor, every Delegat in the Commonwealth and every Senator in th Commonwealth asking them to open the state and stop stomping on my right to worship, my right to gather and my right to work.
I told them all we are perfectly capable of regulating ourselves, washing and taking care of our neighbors.
Your excellency, we need the churches open. I cannot administer the sacraments without our priests!

John 10:11 – “The good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep.”
However, you, Bishop Burbidge ,have proven to be the hireling, not the shepherd. “The hireling sees the wolf coming and flees.” Since you will not stand up to secular pressures to defend the Faith and the sacraments, what will you say to the next group of young people waiting to be confirmed? What kind of example have you set? They will see your actions for what they are – weak and ineffectual – and your words will ring hollow. Show some love for the Faith and give the sacraments back to us now.

I believe our spiritual health is as important a part of our being as is our physical health. I also believe the Diocese should encourage us to participate to the extent we think is proper for our own family circumstances.

Your Excellency, Mass is ESSENTIAL to your flock! The abortion clinics are open, stores are open and yet we cannot participate in the holy sacrifice of the Mass. Why can't we have parking lot Masses when the governor allows it?

Please open the churches now. My local Aldi has a sign, "No more than 60 people inside at one time". My local Home Depot says, "No more than 100 people inside at one time." My local Church says we are closed except for a few hours with no more than 10 people inside at one time. Disordered priorities? You bet.
