A petition to remove Jill Farren Phelps as Executive Producer of Young and the Restless

I have whe B&Batched Y&R since day one with my mother and after I grew up and had to work, when taping became available and then I recorded it for years. and watched after I got home from work. Now I DVR it everyday as well as the B&B spinoff.The story lines and the cast changes in the past few years have upset me immensely. I don't know what I will do with out Y&R, it's been a part of my life for over 40 years. When Jeanne Cooper died I felt as if I had lost a part of my family. I will feel the same if they kill off Michael. Please get rid of this soap killer and let me have my soap back as it was when the Bells operated the show.

I tap the show however delete them without watching. Y & r under Phelps I am afraid with end up like some of the other daytime shows she was the executive producers of ,,,,, Cancelled! Please get rid of Phelps before it is too late!

We need a different executive other than JFP to restore and bring back the quality of Y and R back to the show it used to be. It is nothing the way it was when Bill Bell and his wife first aired the show!

Jil Phelps has to go! She is ruining Y&R!!! Don't let her be the cause of Y&R failing after all these years! GET RID OFNHER ASAP!!!

I have watched this show faithfully since I was 10 years old starting with my older sister. I have grown to love these characters as much as if they were family. It's been almost 30 years since I started. I was as devastated as the rest of the cast when Jeanne Cooper passed. It was like losing a grandparent. Now they removing characters while they are at their best and I cannot continue to lose such beloved actors on what I consider 'my show' at my house.

Hiring Chuck Pratt has to be the final straw.

It's a shame how you will let jill farren phelps destroy another soap opera. She's playing with peoples jobs which now a days are hard to come by.

Y & R is so bad now that Days is even more interesting and I had stopped watching days 10 years ago. I only started watching since M&M was sacked. When Y&R first started the stories and families were interesting and at times suspenseful. Now the writers can only rehash the same stories. ie how many times have Nikki and Victor been married. Compare current stories with the beginning, the Brooks family the Foster family, now it is predictable everyones marriage will fail and Victor and Jack's stories are same old, same old Jill Farren should go as she is a failure as an Executive Producer and has turned a program that was saved by the appeal and acting of MM and BM into a boring predictable waste of an hour.

I have watch Young and the Restless with my mom since the 1970's. Please fire Jill Farren she driving all the wonderful actors away. So what if some of them are being replaced we like the original actors.

I have watched this show my entire life and currently I cannot bring myself to watch it for the storyline is ridiculously fake. Genoa City and the familes it portrays have been very real to many of its' viewers and not like the other far fetched date time "soaps". Please bring Y&R back to its roots. The actors do not even seem like themselves. Otherwise I will continue not to watch!!
