A petition to remove Jill Farren Phelps as Executive Producer of Young and the Restless

She needs to go, she is getting rid of too many talented actors. If she lets Christian LeBlanc go I am done!!!

The storylines have lost their mystery, as if JFP wants people to lose complete interest....and it's working. I mean really, it's been 2 years and Victor is still obsessing over Sharon, as if the writers have no idea what else to write about for him.....or, they're trying to bore the actor into leaving which would definitely end the show instantly. Let me take a stab at guessing this murder mystery the writers came up with. Dillon is too obvious, since they've been hand-walking us to him for months on end.....many, many months on end They also pulled Victor and family into the possibilities, again, way to obvious. So, the killer is...... Moriah. No one will suspect her because everything the writers put in the script, was about how much she loved Iain Ward. And, after she's arrested, Kevin will have his 'I told you so' moment, when he reminds Moriah that he told her she'd regret her behavior towards Sharon. Of course, Sharon will help, because she's been made into the weakest storyline character ever, thanks to JFP and friends. Oh, here's another. Neil's sight will return and he'll witness his son and wife having an affair.....and he'll keep quiet about regaining his sight because of it. And there you have it. JFP has brought us boring storylines, young robotic actors/actresses aka friends of hers, star power visiting actors (Shemar Moore) brought in for no reason at all, and drop-in regular cast actors/actresses who've been removed from the daily storylines, as the writers have no idea what to do with them. Thanks, JFP, you've brought in a bunch of useless writers and idiot actors/actresses, for us to not enjoy. Glad to have you on the team......NOT.

Poor judgement. Took a classy soap and making some dollar store book lines. Great people just "don't leave". They are the leaders, setting examples and standing up to bullying in the workplace. This new queen bee, needs to find her new nest. Y&R has been loved, respected and followed. So why reinvent the wheel? It worked. Now... Too Many dumb stories to follow, must find a new show to watch until new writer found.

The soap killer has now hired another soap killer, as head writer. I don't know if she was hired to destroy Y/R or if killing soaps just comes natural to her. GET RID OF JILL "FIRING" PHELPS! before she does any more harm to my favorite show! She has fired half the cast and replaced them with people I haven't even heard of, with the exception of Gina Tognoni. Come on CBS....WAKE UP!

Fire her and all her friends the ones she has brought in and the ones to come.

I have been watching since the show began with the old Jill & Snapper...Mary & Karl Williams, etc. I despise the new Billy...you go from some one with charisma, is fun loving & has so much energy to this Billy ~ NOT EVEN CLOSE!! The choice in the new Kelly...not! The choice of letting Adam leave...not & the new Phyllis! You are ruining it by not working together....Leave your egos home & when there are this many people turning the channel to a different station ~ wake up!

Bring back Billy Miller & Michele Statford!!!!!! They were way better than the new people. I have watched Y & R since the beginning and the story was better back then. Too many new characters coming into the show and getting boring!!!!!!

I have watched Y&R for many years. It was the only soap that I really enjoyed watching. I thought Michael aka Adam was awesome at his job. He played a great part along with Billy Miller. Certain roles fit certain personalities. To have someone else try to play their part is a train wreck. I wish Michelle Stafford never left because that roll was her, not this new woman. On top of that the story line stinks!!! I think the issue with Hunter King and Michael M. Should have been worked out differently. Communication a must along with ground rules if need be.

I totally agree that Phelps is ruining Y&R.

Too many good actors are leaving the show, just not the same. Phyllis can not be replaced, EVER. You are ruining the show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Y&R being #1 is over!!!!!!!

the storylines are so ridiculous... Phyllis in a coma & hitch hikes back? Are you kidding me? Another baby without a father? I hardly recognize the history & this woman clearly has no clue. Getting rid of 3 prominent actors one right after the other?? How many times the nick/Sharon story? Now Ashley is back... For how long? I don't see any excitement or anything that makes me want to tune in. Started watching GH with Y&R cast. Good story. My heart is with Y&R after 40 years a fan... I can sti hope

This woman is killing a beautiful show that has been on for 40 years. Please fire her before she destroys our show and it is taken off the air. She is not good and seems intent on not listening to fans and seems to want this show to fail and she has favorites. Fire her before it is too late.

Y&R was the best Soap on TV. The show is being killed by getting rid of the great actors and bringing in sorry ones that could not find work for anyone than Phelps. She has got to go before she kills Y&R.

You can tell there is a new producer on the show. She is has no tact when it comes to storylines. Shame on her for bringing up Viagra, what next? Tampax? Kotex? Prozac? This blindness shit is also so stupid. Its bad enough we have to deal with alcoholism again. A camera in a babies room? Get rid of her now. I have been a fan since 1978 but I am seriously thinking of not watching anymore. Y & R has gone downhill and is tanking.

i have been a life long Y&R watcher. I think it has been going down hill fast. I no longer care if I miss an episode. In fact I think it is getting dumb. Probably won't be watching many more episodes unless something is done about it. Fire Phelps!
