All festives should be given equal amount of holidays. Only one day of holiday is not enough for the students to celebrate the festives with family at hometown as we need to rush back here to melaka to attend class. It is so hard for the students whose hometown are far away from here. Sometimes we need to 'ponteng' class so that we get to spend time longer with our family.

One week for these major festivities are the standard for all universities. Even UTAR and Matriks can do it, why cant MMU?

I strongly agree with this petition. It is really required of us students especially to those who don't live nearby and only ever get to see their parents during festival holidays

If have one week holidays is better for all the mmu students. We can find a replacement in regards to our class before or after Chinese new year.

It would be fair and splendid to allow all of us, regardless of our ethnicity and religion, to celebrate our beloved festivals with our family together. This is especially important when some of our friend's hometowns are far from the university. Please consider our plea. Thank you

I totally agree with this statement as some of need to book tickets weeks earlier before the holiday starts. It's the season of festivals, sure students wanted to spend more time with the family and friends.

I think should at least 3 to 5 days of holifays excluding saturday and sunday because students from sabah and sarawak cannot get to go back to their hometown. They need to have at least a few days to celebrate with their families.
