Katherine has been the highlight of the Lodge. She is always smiling and friendly when she sees any resident. She has done an awesome job with all of the events she planned and scheduled for Anthem Ranch. She will definitely be missed!!!

I am so happy that this is being looked into. We have had far too many changes and losing Catherine who all of us are so familiar with is a change I do not want to see.

Our BOD Chairwoman should have never let this happen. We MUST keep Katherine at Anthem Ranch!

Katherine was an amazing Lifestyle Director here at Anthem. She was so creative in coming up with activities that make living here at Anthem Ranch so enjoyable and fun. In every interaction that I had with Katherine, she was a problem-solver. I will miss her positive attitude and her beautiful smile.

I was reminded by our board chair that Katherine works at the pleasure of CCMC but we need to remind the board chair that CCMC is engaged at the pleasure of our board. I hope to hear that the board responds responsibly and with urgency!!

Why hasn't our BOD from the top down supported Katherine? It is very sad that Katherine felt she had to resign after putting her heart and soul into ensuring that our lifestyle here at Anthem is the best. I support an investigation of the apparent issues with the current CMC Anthem organization. Something needs to be done to reverse this situation.
