A PETITION FROM THE RESIDENTS OF ANTHEM RANCH TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Katherine is irreplaceable. I am very saddened to see her leave, particularly if it was avoidable.

Katherine is a very integral part of our community. We won’t be able to replace her dedication, talent, knowledge and love she clear demonstrates to each Anthem resident. We need to retain her!!

If the Board President was aware of this situation in July and did not inform the BOD, that person should be removed from that position

Manipulative politics do not belong at Anthem Ranch.

I have know Katherine for many years and I am sad we are losing such a professional, kind person. I wish her well and think you are making a mistake to let her get away from Anthem. She would be a big asset to keep her at Anthem.

Kathryn May not be replaceable. She has brought so much happiness and joy to Anthem and works hard to do her best for us.

Katherine has and is such an asset to this community and we all deserve an answer to why she is leaving. She has been the only person who truly cares about this community and has always had a positive attitude for all of us. She is our stabilitiy.

I wish we had organized to do something about our chronic staffing problem before we lost Katherine.

While I do not know all the details of this particular situation, I do know that our community should be doing everything possible to retain excellent CCMC team members like Katherine. Residents need to understand what happened, whether we can fix it, and what actions we can take going forward to prevent this type of situation from happening again.

Katherine is the best we’ve ever had in the fifteen years I’ve been here.

Kathryn has been a beacon for our community. She had a knack of getting to know everyone and she knew many of us by our first name even when we didn’t have our name tag on. She was so gracious taking on the Activities Director and did a great job. Losing her will cripple Anthem Ranch.

During Katherine"s tenure as Life Style Director she has expanded activities and developed so many new and exciting programs for and with the residents. She knows and understands the heartbeat of the community and brings her warm and endearing personality to those of us who live here. She is efficient, energetic, and resourceful, and we cannot afford to lose such a quality person.

Katherine is a treasure

Katherine leaving is going to be a big loss for our community. She has always gone over and above to bring smiles to all of us.

Hello, It is my understanding that Katherine has signed a contract with Lafayette and we know she is not the type of person to back out of a contract. Has someone talked to her about the possibility of coming back? It sounds like we're asking to meet right after her farewell. Specifically mentioning Wed, Thurs, or Fri next week would clarify that. I may be too picky but I'm uncomfortable with all the DEMANDS. All of these people are our employees and we just need to tell them what to do. 1. "Set up a meeting next Wednesday . . . 2. At the meeting explain . . . 3. At the meeting present what actions they plan . . 4. In the next two weeks we expect CCMC to provide an HR executive . . I'm just sharing some thoughts. I will gladly sign the petition. Katherine is special and we know we lost her because of bad management. She wanted to retire from here!

Katherine, you have the support of Shar and I. I hope this can all we worked out to meet what you need to keep doing the great job you have been doing all along

What is going on in our lovely community? Why are so many CCMC people leaving? What responsibility does the BoD of our HOA have in this matter?

Katherine not only has done a wonderful job but also cares about Anthem Ranch residents!

Such a loss. Can’t imagine how she can be replaced.
