It's time for a new management company that doesn't cost us so much and we can have a larger role in running what is ours instead of having to bow and scrape to get things done.

This is all so upsetting to be reading all of this about Katherine and her position in our little community!! COVID has taken a toll on all of us residents and staff!! Let's not let COVID and its fallout win with this situation!! We have all suffered thru 2020 and 2021, not seeing our families, friends and living max life in our senior years! Katherine is part of our family and she has suffered both personally and professionally, also!! Let us not let our lodge organization or salary be a factor for Katherine. I know our budget is tight and will get tighter during these inflationary times (COVID). I'm sure the BOD is constantly reviewing costs and revenue to maintain our beautiful place to live. I would favor an increase of my HOA fee to keep top staffing talent, like Katherine, here. Anthem Ranch is about 16 years old. The one thing constant in life is change. Time to review everything!! If we cannot turn Katherine around, then I wish her much happiness in her future. Seize the Day!!!

Katherine is not only a wonderful leader, manager and facilitator, but has become a personal friend to many. As a friend, she confided in me that there was a lack of support that is behind her resignation, but did not go into details. Thanks to all those who have started and are supporting this petition.

Good employees are hard to find. Excellent ones are event more difficult to find. Katherine is a valuable asset to this community and should not leave as it will be an immeasurable loss!

Katherine personifies that rare combination of extraordinary people skills, organizational and leadership skills that facilitate "getting the job done", and the clarity of purpose to ferret out what is important to a community such as Anthem. Most of all, in my experience, she has always been a delight to work with. She makes every resident feel important, greeting everyone with her warm smile and welcoming demeanor. Her departure will be a huge loss to Anthem, and is even more concerning in light of the underlying/systemic issues that prompted it. Her tireless efforts played a major role in getting us all through this pandemic with creative and safe events. We need to do whatever it takes to fix this, and, if possible, entice Katherine to return to Anthem.

What can one say? Katherine is vital to the growth and sustainability of our community. Without her presence and vitality we are surely damaged.

Katherine’s departure will leave a massive void in our lives at Anthem Ranch. She always had a smile and greeted us by name from the first time we met. Her creativity, thoughtful approach and attention to details enriched our lives not only through the programs and projects she led, but also through creating a feeling of belonging to a wonderful community. We will wish her the best in the future, but selfishly wish she could remain with us. We are sad to lose a member of our extended family.

The Board appears to be not listening to members of the community. This has been an on going problem for many years.

Katherine is the heart and soul of our community. She brings happiness and joy to every resident especially during the pandemic. The thought that her resignation could had been avoided is disheartening. It is time to look into a new management company. We have consistently lost personnel. Katherine is one of the longest employees and the best. She always said she loved working at Anthem and it is obvious we love her. We respect her decision, but if she would rather stay then we should do anything to support her.

I don't know the circumstances or the facts that led to Katherine's resignation, but I do know that Katherine is the best thing that Anthem has going for it. Letting her go is a huge mistake. Fix It!
