Katherine is capable of expanding into any job description they have. She is multi-talented but her best trait is the way she is with all people - caring, pleasant, goes out of her way to help, inventive, funny, .... just a joy all around. It will be a tremendous loss if she goes.

Katherine's move will be a HUGE, HUGE loss to Anthem. Her talent for creating so many interesting lifestyle activities for AR residents is the main reason AR is the very best place for seniors to live. We need to keep her if at all possible!
