I think we should show our appreciation for our staff and especially Kathryn. In my book, she is irreplaceable!

Katherine has done a great job - her level of commitment only comes from someone who loves what she is doing. Good management could have prevented her from leaving. It's a shame that the BOD and CCMC have not been more proactive in dealing with staffing concerns at Anthem. The residents deserve transparency on this. They also deserve every effort to get Katherine back.

Katherine is the glue that holds everyone together. From the first day we moved in 2 1/2 years ago, Katherine knew who I was and was always smiling. She is all heart and all soul. Both the BOD and CCMC need to reconsider and create the best possible job for Katherine. Do your due diligence to rehire her ASAP.

Change needs to happen if AR is to continue to be the premier 55+ community in CO. Katherine leaving in NOT one of those changes. She is an invaluable asset to our community and deserves to have the full support of our BOD. The BOD must listen to the community and do what is in our best interest. If this means replacing CCMA then that is what must be done. If it means replacing the BOD President then that also needs to be done.

Anthem Ranch BOD should act quickly to reverse this calamity. Our community cannot afford to lose someone who was such an asset and doing such a wonderful job. So many in our community loved working with her and do not want her to leave.

Katherine is such an asset to Anthem Ranch. Creative, flexible, infinitely approachable. She grew and adapted as Anthem grew. What a terrible shame that the BOD and CCMC management could not recognize or value her contributions. It is inexcusable that her contributions were not recognized. Katherine leaving is a terrible loss for Anthem Ranch.

It is too expensive replacing competent, exceptional staff resulting in added stress to those remaining.

Let's face it, Katherine is the heart & soul of AR. Daily she greets ALL residents w/courtesy & respect regardless of others foul moods or churlish behaviors. By far she's one of the most competent staff members at the Lodge. She is irreplaceable. CCMC works for us, not the other way around.

I was very sad to hear Katherine was leaving. I am now more sad to think this was preventable. She has my utmost support in whatever she chooses.

Katherine told me that her job at AR was, "her dream job". People as good as she was do not leave their dream job for no good reason. It is imperative that we get to the bottom of this deeply disturbing issue.

It is obvious that significant changes need to be adopted to improve morale and retention of our best staff! ( as exemplified by Katherine)
