Retaining high performing associates should be a priority in any well run organization. I believe CCMC should seriously evaluate what led to her resignation.

The situation here in Anthem Ranch is not good right now. I am praying it gets better, but most of all for Katherine.

Any change to the situation which would allow Anthem Ranch to continue to benefit from the What can be done to fix this? Can circumstances be adjusted such that Katherine would remain/return as Lifestyle Director?

Katherine is a treasure for AR. To lose her is like losing a foot... no... both feet.. and the heart that goes with them. CCMC should wake up and realize the value she adds not only for us, but also how fortunate they are to have her as an asset and employee and act accordingly to sustain the relationship. When you realize you hold a treasure the normal course of action would to do everything you can to hold on to it.

It's unfortunate that after so many good years that Katherine's relationship with CCMC deteriorated to a point where she chose to resign. She certainly will be missed.
