Katherine is the most cordial person that worked in the lodge. Her talents ran the entertainment that we have enjoyed. She always went out of her way to help where she could. Who is going to replace her?

Katherine imho, is the finest director since we moved here 13 years ago. To loose such an asset to some kind of childlike politics and petty power struggle is not acceptable !

Katherine has been responsive to our community needs and has added so much to enhance our community offerings. We are devastated that she feels she has not been supported by management and her only alternative is to resign. We deserve a better management group.

In my opinion the problem seems to be with CCMC, not our hard working BOD.

I feel strongly that every effort should be made by CCMC and our HOA to meet the demands in this petition. Katherine is the heart and soul of this community and it has been a huge mistake to not support her.

Too often sudden departures from staff have been hidden behind “personnel privacy”, and I believe our community has been damaged by this.

I don’t want to seeKatherine leave Anthem. I feel she’s done a good job and given the homeowners many great things to participate in. Please see if she can return to our staff.

Our Anthem Ranch Staff, whether CMCC or not, deserve quality management.
We are the big losers with Katherine leaving. We must try to keep her or get her back. This should never had happened.
