Our senior management at the Lodge is responsible for this.

Katherine was a caring and effective leader of our community. Whenever I spoke with her, I always felt she was supportive and dedicated to the residents of our community. What more could you ask for?

I have no clue why the response above says "United States, Boston."

The President of the Board of Directors (Susan Speece) knew about this, but did not inform the rest of the members until the end of September.

Katherine has been a wonderful Lifestyle Director and has added so much to our community. The social events that she planned were spectacular and her work with all the clubs made this community an enjoyable place to live

ALL the BOD members should resign-this is ridiculous that they do not know about this since July? All the power they assume they have- all the posturing that they are the power that be in AR and they are this incompetent not knowing what is going on? CCMC should be replaced; we as residents pay their salary, don't we?

I read our Board's and CCMC's response this morning to Katherine's departure. Having experienced this turmoil personally 5 times in Arizona and Texas over the past twenty years, the only answer is to interview and hire a new management company, period.

A light will go out of the Lodge when Katherine leaves the building and does not return. She is every smiling and friendly to everyone. I cannot imagine the amount of work that she did during Covid to make sure that we had things to look forward to and connection with each other. Her dedication to the residents and her creativity to providing activities will be a void for our communitiy.

A tremendous loss to our community. Katherine is Priceless! Not only to AR residents but also to CCMC. It's important to understand how this happened... we need honest, straight forward answers. Katherine is an asset that present and past residents have benefited from.

Katherine's value and her heartfelt commitment to this community has been fully expressed by dozens of Anthem Ranch residents. As a new resident, Katherine's kindness and shared knowledge has been invaluable and greatly appreciated. Her absence will be felt for years to come. Our loss is the City of Lafayette's gain, as they now employ a highly competent, and respected professional. I hope that this unfortunate event will be a learning experience for those who may have had an influence in Katherine's departure.

I was very upset in hearing that Katherine will be leaving AR and not by her choice. CCMC is making this decision without fulling understanding how valuable Katherine is to the residents of AR. We have all suffered the last 18 months but Katherine's commitment, exemplary work ethic and love for the people at AR has made these difficult times just a little easier. I think it is imperative that we, the residents, understand the circumstances for this decision since we are the ones that will be the ones directly impacted by losing such an incredible person.

I understand that Katherine loves her job her at Anthem Ranch and she is obviously loved by the majority of people here and AR. I would say it is closer to 100%. If she is being overlooked by CCMC for being promoted to upper positions this is just dumb on their part. She is definitely an asset to everyone here at AR and I for one want her back and promoted if that's what she wants. .

I have been made aware of the circumstances leading to this petition. I find it very disturbing that the President of AR's BOD did not share this disturbing news with the balance of the BOD. AR's president needs to be held accountable! Looking around Anthem Ranch, too many things are becoming apparent. Too many positions are left unfilled. The overall upkeep and maintenance of common property is un-satisfactory. The homeowners are not being provided the services we deserve. I support this petition as a means to address these problems.

I am so dismayed at the apparent dissatisfaction of the stream of employees who have left Anthem’s employment.

We are newcomers. But it seems every time we turn around there is Katherine helping someone. Let’s get to the bottom of why she is leaving and take corrective action. Joe and Pat Walsh
