soul of those of the past. Luckily motorcycles like the CB1100, the SR500 and
many others trickle down to the buyer.
We therefore petition to Yamaha for the production of a new improved XT550
along its famous simple classic lines without any changes other than necessary
(emissions compliance, improved brakes, more efficient suspension and so on). Sign now! Let's get more retro lookers

The response to this proposal confirms that many riders still value the functional design of the original XT550. This momentum demonstrates that a demand exists for motorcycles which prioritize simplicity over complexity. I intend to present these results to Yamaha leadership to demonstrate the clear interest in a modern iteration of this machine.
