Something must be done. Too much building too fast w/o better infrastructures.

Our County is rubber stamping everything that comes before them, unless there is a public outcry. We need Commissioners who understand good/progressive development vs continuing to spot zone for anyone who wants to build something.

There doesnt seem to be any coherent plan for growth! We need to assess where we are today with overcrowed roads, schools and a lake that is getting dangerous to go on!

We are leaving Putnam County for these reasons: (1) too much growth. The laid back lifestyle we sought when we moved here 4 years ago is being replaced by growth that will turn the lake area into a metro-like community. (2) Piedmont Water. We shouldn’t have to pay too high rates for water AND have to install an in-house system to make sure our water is drinkable.

No new development needed for this county.

We've been here over 20 years and have witnessed the ridiculous increase in traffic over the years. With the additional planned housing, traffic will be unbearable, schools will be over loaded, and our beautiful way of life here will be unrecognizable.

Please pause development until a plan for infrastructure is developed. Right now buildings are put up , there’s no curb appeal, roads and schools will be overburdened with everything I’ve seen. Signage is awful. Our county is becoming ugly to drive through compared to Greene county up the street, and we pay a lot of money in taxes. Thank you! Elaine Brady
