Housing should be able to cater for diversity in needs across life. Not everyone wants to be the carer of 3 kids at all times, and be a tax slave their entire life, just to have a roof over their head.

I agree that there is a need for more affordable housing both in metro & rural areas to accommodate temporary and or low income workers. I don’t necessarily agree with points 3 & 4 due to fire risk & fuel load minimization and specifically as shade can be provided by other means.

As someone living in a rental accommodation, the stress of paying the ever-increasing rent is of concern. I have lived in one of these tiny houses and would love to see this idea come to fruition for better a strong community living idea.
