It is unjust to deny professional staff the minimum cost of living adjustments that have already been approved for other campuses. And if managers were competent in levereging existing performance review procedures to address poor staff performance, they wouldn't need unrestricted "fitness-for-work" provisions or to eliminate internal hiring pools.
