Mental health effects all our lives in one way or another much like cancer does, only no one seems to talk about it or you feel shameful if you are struggling with it. Mental health needs to be brought into the spotlight because even if it saves one person’s life then it’s all worth it!!!

Living in a country town with country footy, mental health is so important. Suicide affects the clubs and players, community and supporters. The sport allows an outlet and we need to be promoting mental health to reduce the stigma, get players talking.
