Michael has always proven to be a father first, putting his son Zachary as his main priority, many times we have seen the Love and Stability that Michael has shown in whatever the situation.Taking Zachary to his daycare, going to his job, picking up Zachary and bringing him home, and Paying for the daycare as well. Michael's job is important to him and wll provide the necessities that will make Zachary a balanced and well adjusted adult, that is Michael's only concern, to keep Zachary safe from harm and guide him into adulthood.
