Been waiting on 4 weeks PEUC benefits, I badly need & am entitled to. Claims filed in a timely manner - this is only source of income - last got $ 10/7/20 (been furloughed since early April due to pandemic). I have no family or friends who will help me - not even my church of 26+ years (and the lame duck pastor Dirk Spalding searched for and bought a home in Warminster, PA whilst the state & city of Philadelphia had strict stay @ home orders going on plus he paid several $ more than the asking price). Online chat "Paula" is not helpful, provided false e-mail address; when I got the correct e-mail address I sent an inquiry 10/21/20 which I have yet to have had a response. The web site won't even let me log in for 2 days straight - my credentials have not changed. Last time was even able to get information was 11/2/20 when it appeared they were still sitting on processing my entitled benefits as of 10/31/20. Finally I reached out to state representative Izzy Fitzgerald & state representative Tina Tartaglione but so far they have not helped me out. What does a person need to do to get help: have a nervous breakdown, etc?! WE NEED HELP NOW?! Thank you!

I have filed 2 bi weekly claims so far and not seen a dime yet. I received my determination letter and all other paperwork and also my debit card they send you, I activated it upon receiving it. I have bills due, groceries to buy and 4 mouths to feed with a 100% total and permanently disabled marine combat veteran fiancé who is on a fixed income w/ no way to supplement his income, he is only paid once a month on the 1st and his income is not enough to sustain us...
I try calling without success I tried the live chat option-did not work; I never got a response from a live agent after trying for over 2 hours....I am literally at a loss for words and to say I am struggling would be a gross understatement. Please everyone who is in a similar situation with UC or PUA...sign the petition!

The petition is excellent and describes my dire situation of continuing to wait more then 16 weeks for my benefits. There has been no communication from PUA as to my 2 issues and I live in NJ work in PA.

Hopeful that we all get relief from our current financial struggles.
The inability to speak to a live customer service representative has made our unemployment woes incredibly difficult to have faith in a system we have all paid into, and unfortunately need to utilize the benefits of.

I filed on May 29th and called August 5th to be told they never mailed the paperwork to one of my employers and it is now Nov 6th and they still have not made a decision. What are we suppose to pay our bills with? Do you even really care? I sent you 2 emails and both time you said to be patient which I have been but it is to the point I have no more. This is unacceptable and we should be paid interest on the money that you all have withheld from us which is only fair, if we owe the state money they charge us interest. Fair is fair. Now get it figured out before it is way to late for most people to survive this crisis and feed there family.

Filed august 2nd unemployment didn’t send out paper work to my former employer until October 13th and only have I called to find out what was going on. As of November 5th I still have no determination and no money
