The system definitely needs to be reformed. My children and I are victims of Domestic violence; the courts, CPS, and the police have all failed us. We need help but the system that is in place is NOT for the protection of women and children. The courts and authorities need to be educated on Narcissistic Personalities, Sociopaths, and the lies that they tell. Police departments need to have a zero tolerance on domestically violent officers.

The system definitely needs to be reformed. My children and I are victims of Domestic violence; the courts, CPS, and the police have all failed us. We need help but the system that is in place is NOT for the protection of women and children. The courts and authorities need to be educated on Narcissistic Personalities, Sociopaths, and the lies that they tell. Police departments need to have a zero tolerance on domestically violent officers.

I wholeheartedly sign this petition. I was the victim of a drug induced stalker who attempted to stab me and run me over he then followed myself and my son every day. I rang the police to get help to stop him stalking us, the police totally ignored me then two weeks later the stalker burnt down my house and I lost eveything . this has been a devastating and horrible experience, and showed me the complete incompetence of our judicial system

I wholeheartedly sign this petition. I was the victim of a drug induced stalker who attempted to stab me and run me over he then followed myself and my son every day. I rang the police to get help to stop him stalking us, the police totally ignored me then two weeks later the stalker burnt down my house and I lost eveything . this has been a devastating and horrible experience, and showed me the complete incompetence of our judicial system

OUT OF 54 YEARS OF LIFE I HAVE SUFFERED THROUGH, EMOTIONAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE AND SOME PHYSICAL ABUSE FOR 33 YEARS. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH RESOURCES FOR COUNTIES/CITIES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. Women are often revictimized by the patriarchal legal system, which is often skeptical of their stories due to culturally perpetuated stereotypes of the typical victim. It is crucial that funding that government funding be provided to organizations that respect a woman's right to avoid having to rely on the legal system to seek refuge from stalking and domestic abuse.

my ex is going to court for 8 month of continuos harrassemnt towards me and yet he is still posting things on social netwrok sites and grafiti all over my home town with my full name, where my children can see, calling me a liar and making out like I have doen everything myself, I have all the evidence I need yet I am being told it may not be enough and I cannot defend myself on the network sites, I miust stay quite. It is ruining my life and I am taking my children out of school and leaving my job, to relocate as I feel it is the only way I will be free of him

Yes, it is Broken! When I reached out for help, there was no one who would listen, and if they did listen, I received no resolution.

I have texts of his uglyness, should they be exposed being that he is in the public eye, i feel as the public should know maybe shaming him will make him realize he can't get away with this or am I opening up a can of worms?
