Why can’t this be reused? It might not look as pretty as the new park equip but is better

It's completely wasteful to scrap the old equipment when it could be put to use in the new play area. The residents don't care if it's 'not in keeping' with the aesthetic of the new park. We just want the play space we've been promised for a long time with equipment for all ages.

My kids love the old park equipment. It would be such a waste if it wasn't transferred to the new park as was originally planned!

The lack of equipment on the new park is a disgrace. Residents always thought the old park equipment would be moved into the new park and not doing so is wasteful

Not suitable for younger children and not sufficient the amount of play equipment for the children currently living on the estate.

Promised so much more

There's not enough play equipment for children under 2. There's always a queue for the swing and the slide is very dangerous for young children due to the height and a complete open side

Regardless of the new equipment being of a higher quality, residents feel they were promised this would be moved to the new park and as such did not object to the new park plans accordingly. The old play equipment has been very popular and much beloved by the children on the estate

Urgent provision is a disgrace, very minimal equipment and red stones paths are beyond dangerous! Also we’re always led to believe by Harworth that the older park equipment at the top of the estate would be transitioned into the new park. Have recently been informed this won’t happen and it is to be scrapped! What a huge environmental and financial disgrace! The things the new park is missing are all in the old one......simple fix really!

We need a park for all ages to help promote a health lifestyle. Equipment that makes them want to go and use the facilities all the time. There are more than 600 households on the estate with one park this does not fulfil the needs of the residents.

We need more equipment for toddlers, as well as more overall. Nothing at all wrong with the old equipment and i really don’t care if it doesn’t match.

This park need more equipment due to the amount of people using it . Our children don’t get long enough on each item due to children waiting for a turn .
