Thanks for doing this Nick! It is maddening to see the current administration's lacking sense of urgency, especially when it comes to the safety of our children. I stand with Nick on this issue, and demand that Dr. Boone and the rest of the team get moving with the audits and creating realistic and viable safety plans.

I fully support all requests made in this petition. I share the opinion that Dr. Boone is failing the youth of this city.

The City of Worcester, is spiraling out of control. The fact that our schools contribute to it, is unacceptable. This whole 'school to prison pipeline' garbage, is a laughable concept. So a few bad seeds could end up in jail if the police are in the schools. If any Tom, Dick or Harry pulled the crap these North High students are pulling on the streets, they'd be arrested for A&B no questions asked. Those same principles, should carry the same consequences IN SCHOOL. I'm seriously considering Homeschooling my children.

something needs to be done to protect our children in the schools! If nothing is done I will be sending my child to a school in another town and move out of Worcester.

We need leaders who not only say safety is a priority, but actually take actions to show that safety is a priority.

Since Dr. Boone and her administration couldn't be bothered to look into a class full of kids in Kindergarten being terrorized by one child, I'm not exactly shocked that we are still waiting on a Safety Plan. After all, the district is too busy policing speech and not busy enough rooting out employees that download child pornography.

Our children's safety should be made a number one priority and I am very disappointed in the failure of the current school committee to do so! We need IMMEDIATE action before a staff member or student is seriously injured.
