Carol Anne is the big reason I tune in to the CTV news at 6pm!
All the years of Max and Carol Anne it was like they were family! Her smile and her sense of humour and her dedication to the community, not only the city of Ottawa, but the valley as well, not to mention the expertise with which she gave the news, as well as her compassion was above reproach! Sad day for Ottawa!!

Twenty-seven years means nothing!! What a disgrace. If Max was alive he would not let this happen, this is totally disrespectful, this lady deserves better.

Shame on Bell Media for treating a long-time committed employee who is so loved by the community so badly. I will not watch CTV Ottawa 6 pm news again until Carol Anne is reinstated.
