26+ years of loyal service deserves much better treatment. After being a CTV news viewer since arriving in Ottawa in 1989, I'll be getting my news from CBC Ottawa instead. Very disappointed in Bell Media.

Dear Bell Media,
Carol Anne has worked with my grand-father, Max Keeping for decades.
She has been an asset and pillar for the face of CTV News.
Carol Anne has reached out to the community with the Night Before Christmas readings, CHEO Telethons, Teddy Bear Picnics, Cancer walks, Max Keeping Bowlathons and the list goes on.
I am deeply saddened and disappointed to hear this awful news.
It is breaking news to hear she has been laid off. She should never have ben considered.
She has already lost enough with her beloved husband and best friend, Max.
This should have been the last of her worries.
Please reconsider the lay off.
