Big loss. I've grown up watching her grow with the station as it has evolved and merged. So many other people should have gone first. Big mistake. She deserves so much more. We connected with her. We felt her pain when her husband passed, we welcomed her into our homes like family.

Hopefully the viewers will stand up for Carol Anne. She is a wonderful anchor who is loved by the people of Ottawa and the Valley. Max must be very disappointed.

Carol Anne Meehan needs to be reinstated. In times when we look for answers we go where we know we can trust the person telling us what is going on. With the state of the world today for Bell Media to think of their bottom line over their viewers is absolutely dispicable. Without her and the Late Max Keeping Bell wouldn't have the viewership they do. Keep doing stupid moves like this and millions will stop watching!!

This is very very sad news. After all the terror and fear in the world that we live in, why take away a wonderful lady that makes us feel safe, has reported to us for so many years. She has been in our hearts and our homes, through tradegies, through her own personal life. Please bring this beautiful lady back into my home!!!!!
