Carol Anne Meehan is a wonderful presence on the 6:00 news, night after night. She is like a sister. We trust her, safe does a great job, has a great sense of humour and gives back to the community, such as with CHEO.

I remember growing up as a kid watching Carol Anne Meehan tell the news and now as an adult as well. Please re-consider your choice in letting Ms. Meehan go. She is one of the greatest assets to the CTV station. please consider your viewers choices and requests!

Things have certainly been changing since BELL Media took over and NOT for the better. In a crazy world, Carol Anne Meehan is a most welcomed part of our daily life. We look forward to seeing her each week day evening at 6. Carol Anne is compassionate, hardworking and down-to-earth. You should feel blessed to have her on staff. Instead of giving her the boot, you should be giving her a raise. If she doesn't return, we, your viewers, should give you the boot.

this is a woman who does an excellent job and does not deserve to be let go in the manner in which you did to her. I enjoy the news because of her and also admire her strength and courage during her own personal tragedy a while back. So please re-think your decision and make the right one for everyone involved.

Carol Anne is the backbone of the 6:00pm news. We recently lost Max, a dear anchor, however as sad as that was, it was due to illness. Surely you can't cut Carol Anne - please bring her back. She understands and loves the city and portrays that in every word she speaks.
