Shame on you Bell Media for cutting one of Ottawa's most beloved news anchors and for not even giving her the opportunity to say goodbye to her loyal viewers.
I really hope that you DON'T give her job back to her. And I really hope that she does not exercise her union contract provisions to bump a junior colleague out and take a more junior position in your organization.
I really hope that Carol Anne finds a job with an employer that values her more than you did. That should not be a problem for her though.

I have lived in the Ottawa area for over thirty years and Carol Anne has been the heart of local broadcasting for most of that time. Bring her back please!

Please reconsider Carol Ann. A most trusted news person,& media personality. BRING HER BACK! We had switched to Bell a few years ago, but now I think we'll switch back to Rogers. Shame on Bell for this inconsiderate blunder!

Carol Anne has been a part of the Ottawa community for as long as I remember. (She would have started her anchor position when I was 8 years old). She is a trusted face in local news. Dropping her from the broadcast in this fashion is disgusting behaviour on the part of CTV Bell Media.
