Carol Anne is an amazing person that is apart of Ottawa. She is a family member to our city and she is a popular role model to us all for her community work and services.

We are a community that has already lost so much this year with the passing of Max Keeping. You cannot seriously take her away from this community and expect us to just accept it. Carol Anne Meehan is what we have left of the CTV family after losing Brian Smith, Leigh Chappell and Max Keeping. While we may not be able to change your decision, this household will definitely stop supporting Bell Media.

Shame on Bell Media. Not only Carol Anne, but Carolyn Waldo too. To toss aside longstanding employees just to line your CEO's pockets with more money. SOOOO distasteful.

Typical "Big Machine" Bell - no concern for the viewer or the local flavor this news station brings. Carol Anne was a tireless community leader who gave a very human touch to the broadcast each night. I guess its time to switch over to CBC.
