Bell Media, laying off Carol Anne Meehan is disgraceful, 27 yrs. service to your organization and you couldn't find any other internal way to reduce costs, the Ottawa Public is not pleased and I for one hope local businesses stop purchasing advertising from you, the embarrassment you have cause Ms. Meehan after all the yrs. of her promoting your company is unbelievable. Shame, Shame Bell Media.....

Carol Anne Meehan has 27 years of experience bringing the news into the homes of Ottawa residents, and she's great at her job. Please reconsider, even if it means laying off people with less seniority.

We need the kind of integrity she brings to new casting. It is getting to be in short supply these days!

Perhaps Bell could instead save energy costs by installing a turbine to Max Keeping's grave.
She is why I watch CTV news. If she goes, I go!
