Seriously?!?! Are you kidding me? Well-loved community leader; the face people want to see when they turn on CTV News. There are not enough women over 50 in TV and Bell Media does this?? Bye bye CTV News...tuning out.

I was always looking forward to watch the news under the leadership of Ms. Meehan. She has a great talent, expertise and experience. She has kids to raise on her own because her cherished husband passed away a couple years ago. Please BRING HER BACK ASAP.

WOW...if only Carol Anne was a man, she'd still have her job. Kicked off after 27 years, and how many years does Graham have ????? 5...BellMedia just showed Canada they are part of the "old guys club"..keep the men, get rid of the women...I'll quit watching, and go to CKWS Kingston, or Global Toronto.. Way to go Bell

I look forward to listening to Carol Anne on the news at 6 !!!She is always smiling and just has a way about her that makes you feel you matter !!! The show will never be the same without her :(

Carol Anne should be on the bottom of the list in cut backs. she has been in my living room for the past 27 years and is the best anchor desk person that you could ask for. Please let her continue to serve on your local news team and you local viewers.

This is a slap in the face to woman everywhere. I agree with someone's comments about a male with less experience is able to keep his job over hers. I'm disgusted at this whole thing and will no longer be watching the news. I don't believe she will ever come back after this slap in the face but I sign this petition for her and every woman out there that has been treated the same way.
