Shock that a long time and very community involved employee would be so badly treated - not even a chance to say goodbye, after all the excellent work put in for the company, is disgusting. Shame Bell Media

This is a huge error by Bell Media. Carol Anne has a fabulous record of being a news anchor that connects and contributes in selfless ways to her community. She is much loved for what she does. Shame you Bell Media!

I believe that Carol Ann is the face of CTV Evening News and i for one will no longer watch until she has her rightful job back. She has been in that position for over 2 decades and deserves to retire in that position. What bell media did to her is unfair.

Shame on CTV for the lack of integrity it has shown to it's long time employees. Carol Anne Meehan is both an asset to your station and the face of CTV news at 6. Unfortunately you have not shown the foresight to realize this. I believe that you will be losing a large number of viewers as a result of your poor decision making and callousness in dealing with staff.
