A valued employee since 1989 deserves more than this. She is the reason my family watches.

Financial greed makes the decision to "can" these community minded reporters. The loss to the community and region in charitable and humanitarian causes is unmeasurable. Bell Media and CTV you have wronged the viewers and the community and you will pay through loss of profits. Wishing these ladies the best of luck in the future, you deserve it.

I am so sorry and disappointed in Bell Media for tossing a well respected news anchor like Carol Ann to the side of the road . I guess I will have to watch CBC now.

Bring back the one person who is left that makes us feel comfortable each and every night she is on air. What a heartless thing bell media has done. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Very cold of Bell Media after 27 years of dedication and community involvement.
Good luck finding employees who are going to be loyal to Bell Media. When they think their just a number they will leave for the next best offer.

I will likely be cancelling my Bell Mobility and Bell Fibe accounts. I cannot support such asinine decisions and total disrespect.
