I cannot believe that Carol Anne would not have even been given the opportunity to say goodbye to us! To many of us she has become like a family member. Her sensitivity when reporting the news is refreshing! She has touched our hearts so many times. Bell media obviously does not know her value.

As a former Regional Councillor for Ottawa-Carleton, I am disappointed with Bell's decision to cut her from my favourite daily newscast...
I guess there's no end to this company's greed... It's my understanding that the Trudeau government is being lobbied to reverse the CRTC decision re:internet access and cellphone access...
I guess it may be time that I cancel my landline and satellite TV accounts...
